Jessica Batalha Libiszewski is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from American International College with a Bachelors in nursing in 2001. Jessica worked at Baystate Medical Center for six years on the surgical intermediate care unit while returning to complete her Masters in Science at the University of Massachusetts in 2007. She also holds an Aesthetics Certification
through the National Laser Institute. She started her NP career at Dr. Gino Mercadante’s in 2007, and is now the established owner of Ludlow Medical Center since 2020. She prides herself in the accomplishments of being a local business owner in primary care, while also being the business owner of Timeless Radiance Med Spa since 2017, where she provides medical grade aesthetic services to her clients. She is a proud wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. She spends her free time watching her children play sports, as well as hiking, kickboxing, weight lifting and spending time with friends and family. |
"Practicing in Ludlow has been one of the best moves I’ve ever made,” states Dr. Gino Mercadante and added “I enjoy the ‘sense of community’ and friendliness of the local patrons.” A member of the American College of Physicians, Dr. Mercadante has been practicing in Ludlow for over 35 years. He and his family are from the area. Born in Belgium and migrated to Agawam, MA, his education and internship remained close to home. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 from Springfield College. During his college years, he worked at local hospitals and nursing homes until he was accepted to medical school at the University of New England. There he was elected Class President, and was Editor in Chief of the medical school newspaper. Upon graduating in 1987, Dr. Mercadante became a scholastic member of Sigma, Sigma, Phi. Twice board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Mercadante completed his 3-year residency program at the Berkshire Medical Center, where he was awarded ‘Intern of the Year’. In 1994, he started a solo practice in Ludlow - the now large thriving practice, Ludlow Medical Center. |
Jamie Budaj is an NCCPA certified Physician Assistant. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Jamie then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Westfield State University. Outside of the practice, Jamie enjoys spending time hiking and biking with her German Shepherd. |

Tran Lam is originally from Vietnam and has been living in Massachusetts for about 10 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Massachusetts and worked on a medical floor at Baystate Medical Center for more than 4 years. She then went on and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Bay Path University and she is now a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. When she is not practicing medicine, she enjoys reading thrillers, watching Netflix medical shows and spending time with her beautiful daughter. |
Judy Nham is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Nursing degree at American International College. She has worked as a nurse at Baystate Medical Center on a medical/telemetry floor for many years and has completed a Family Nurse Practitioner residency at Baystate High Street Health Center.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys crafting, watching movies, reading, relaxing and practicing meditation, and doing Pilates. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her niece and nephew! |
Aurora started her career as Ludlow Medical Center’s Medical Assistant. She has since moved her way up to Assistant Office Manager during which time, she earned her certification as Certified Physician Practice Manager, afterwards being promoted to Office and Business Manager. She is a wife and mother who enjoys her time off in spin class, relaxing and having fun with friends and family. |
